Cheap online stock libraries are devaluing photography?

Hurrah! As a trained but non-professional photographer and industry representative, I'm glad to see the result is at least, an acknowledgment of the cheapening of photographers.

So what can be done to support, rather than cheapen them?

We can't turn back time, or stop the corporate Getty-esque giants out there ruining the industry for the sake of a quick buck, (Although we can wave our fists)...

Nor (really) blame the buyers who are presented with a cheap solution that fits a tight budget...

Suggestions anyone?
